Booking rules
We are open round-the-clock, checkout time - 12:00 a.m. local time (+2 hours to Moscow time). We guarantee the settlement in room since 13:00 a.m.
A room booking is free of charge for natural person and legal person.

How to form a book:
1) Contact with Receptionist by phone/fax: +7(343 68) 74284, +7 (343)382 8888, +7 922 182 8888 or send a request by e-mail: centr_hotel@mail.ru.
2) Give the following information:
- Surname, Name, Patronymic,
- Date and time of arrival and departure,
- Room (rooms) class,
- Contact phone number.
3) For guaranteed booking you should make a prepayment.
For natural person:
- cash by representative,
- by receipt (money transfer within 1-2 days) (print for further payment in any branch of “Sberbank”).
For legal person – application form.
Residence by non-cash requires 100% prepayment.
4) AFTER PREPAYMENT it is necessary to send payment confirmation with a proper note of your bank by fax: 8(343 68) 74284 or by e-mail:

On non-guaranteed booking conditions the Hotel has the right to sell the room after 6:00 p.m.
PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION:
Room standstill from preceding day for Your comfortable arrival time is IMPOSSIBLE, that is if You book the room before the checkout time (12:00 a.m.), you will pay for the preceding day as well.
In accordance with “Regulations of Hotel Services Rendering in Russian Federation” in case of refusal from residence or late refusal (less than 24 hours to arrival date) a penalty is paid by guest in amount of first day residence.
